Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT roles Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Stay updated with the latest IT hiring trends and market insights Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience in hiring for international clients Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Knowledge of South African job market and hiring practices Key Competencies Strong sourcing and networking skills Attention to detail Time management and multitasking ability Problem‑solving mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
