Financial Accountant Retail (Head Office) This is a commercially focused finance role for an experienced accountant who thrives in a hands‑on retail environment. Youll be deeply involved in the day‑to‑day financial operations, working closely with store managers and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and smarter processes across the business. Key Responsibilities Financial reporting cycle : Prepare monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting Cash flow & working capital : Monitor cash flow, stock, debtors, creditors, and financial controls Compliance : Ensure adherence to tax, statutory, and audit requirements Systems & process improvements : Drive efficiencies across ERP systems (SAP & CISTECH) Automation opportunities : Identify and implement technology‑driven improvements Operational support : Partner with store and operations teams to support decision‑making Requirements Degree in Accounting/Finance 35 years relevant accounting experience in a commercial retail or multi‑site environment Strong understanding of South African tax and statutory compliance ERP experience (SAP advantageous) and advanced Excel skills Improvement‑oriented mindset with interest in AI and automation Hands‑on approach with proven ability to work closely with operational teams What We Offer R40,000 R50,000 CTC per month Company medical aid contribution Performance‑based incentives Strong long‑term growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
