Requirements: Minimum 10 years experience in stock/inventory control Strong experience in Sage Evolution Experience in receiving, dispatch, stock takes, and costing (advantageous) Responsibilities: Manage and monitor daily stock levels to ensure product availability and accurate forecasting of supply and demand Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation and system integrity Oversee receiving and dispatch processes, ensuring goods are accurately checked, recorded, and processed Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, including variances, shrinkage, and damaged goods, and implement corrective actions Prepare and analyse inventory reports, including stock movement, valuation, and KPI reporting for management Drive process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise storage and workflows Work extensively on Sage Evolution for stock control, reporting, and inventory management systems
