Food & Beverage Manager - Luxury Game Lodge - Bela Bela, Limpopo Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a seasoned and guest-focused Food & Beverage Manager for a stunning luxury game lodge set against the Waterberg Mountains in Limpopo, offering sophisticated dining experiences, a chic bar and lounge, candlelit bush dinners, spa and conferencing facilities - all within a 12,000-hectare malaria-free Big 5 private game reserve, just two hours from Johannesburg. This is a senior operational role for someone who leads from the front, takes genuine ownership of the F&B function and has the track record to back it up. Minimum Requirements Minimum 10 years' relevant experience within the hospitality industry Proven track record in a similar senior F&B role in a lodge or hotel environment Matric essential; further hospitality qualification advantageous Proficient in MS Office - strong Excel skills required Working knowledge of Opera and/or Symphony PMS advantageous Valid South African ID and driver's license Stable career history with contactable references Key Responsibilities Full management of all F&B operations to the highest standards and within budget Lead; recruit, train and develop the F&B team - setting KPIs, schedules and SOPs Identify and proactively respond to guest needs across all dining and service touchpoints Monitor and report on financial performance, cost controls and operational targets Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations Coordinate and oversee F&B rosters across all departments Assist the Resident Manager with operational and administrative functions as required Act as Manager on Duty when rostered, including meet and greet and guest hosting duties Stand in for the Assistant Resident Manager in their absence Package Market-related CTC (inclusive of accommodation and meals on duty) Provident Fund: 5% mandatory employee contribution Medical Aid: Available as part of CTC package Live-in position #J-18808-Ljbffr
