Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth of formwork systems and related products across designated African export markets Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and distributors Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Provide technical and commercial support to clients, including product recommendations and solution design Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company objectives Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records Requirements Proven track record in formwork or construction-related sales (minimum 5+ years preferred) Strong technical understanding of formwork systems and construction processes Experience working within African markets and export environments Established network within the construction industry across Africa is highly advantageous Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Africa Commercially astute with strong problem-solving capabilities Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred) Relevant industry certifications are an advantage Key Competencies Strategic sales and business development Relationship management Technical solution selling Cross-cultural communication Results-driven and self-motivated Adaptability in dynamic and diverse markets
