Job Description Our client is seeking to appoint a seasoned Construction / Commercial Attorney within their organization. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of commercial and construction-related legal matters and should have experience in some or all of the following areas: Commercial contracts Construction and infrastructure projects Procurement and tender agreements Dispute resolution / arbitration JBCC, FIDIC, and/or NEC contracts Contract negotiation and risk management Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining, or property sectors would be highly advantageous. Qualifications LLB degree Admitted Attorney Skills The successful candidate will have 5 10 years experience in commercial and/or construction law Strong drafting and negotiation skills Sound commercial acumen Ability to work independently and manage complex matters
