A luxury private game reserve in the Overberg region is seeking an experienced and guest-focused candidate to join their team in a hands‑on, live‑in role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the rhythm of lodge life, takes pride in delivering a high standard of guest service, and can work together to support both the field guiding and front‑of‑house operations of a private reserve environment. Key Responsibilities Front of House Duties Manage reservations, booking enquiries, and confirmations Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay Liaise with travel agents and tour operators Assist with check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest requests Support hosting and guest relations when required Handle general administration, record keeping, and reporting Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial administration Coordinate staff schedules, logistics, and daily lodge support tasks Uphold the service standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment Minimum Requirements Previous experience in reservations, front office, lodge administration, or hospitality operations Experience with Nightsbridge or a similar booking system advantageous Strong computer literacy, including email, booking systems, Excel or Google Workspace Luxury hospitality experience preferred Package & Benefits Salary, dependent on experience On‑site accommodation provided Utilities included Opportunity to grow within a high‑end hospitality environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
