Key responsibilities Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience ofdifferent functionsand rapidly learn the organisation.These rotations are conducted in person and include immersive, face-to-face experiences where you will connect, learn, and perform tasks under the supervision of the Coaches. In support of the inperson work immersion, youare required tocomplete relevant training to support your development.This training will be offered through online modules,in‑personmeetings, and classroom sessions.
