Must be based in Johannesburg. Qualifications Strong background in human resources management, particularly within the Technology & Telecoms industry. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively. Experience in implementing talent management and development strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making. Must come from an Internet/Technology industry.
