Monitor project quality, timelines, and resources. Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards. Ensure site security and efficient workflow. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely site reports. Qualifications A BEng, BSc Civil, BTech Civil, or BSc Building Management qualification. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Junior Site Engineer/Site Manager in a construction environment. Must reside in the Western Cape. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Numerical and analytical ability. Strong planning and problem-solving skills. Conflict management and interpersonal skills. Ability to delegate and lead a team.
