What you'll do: Support bespoke software products remotely and onsite when required Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve software support queries Own helpdesk tickets from logging through to resolution Manage and administer SQL-rich environments, including scripting and database administration Perform software testing before product releases and updates Deploy product upgrades, installations and new software releases Train and support clients on software functionality and best practices Collaborate with internal departments to drive fast, effective solutions Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining excellent client communication Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes Technical requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience working with Microsoft SQL Express / SQL Server / SQL scripting Previous software support, application support, or technical helpdesk experience Understanding of ticketing systems, call lifecycle management, and IT support processes Exposure to ITIL principles advantageous Strong Microsoft Office proficiency Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Experience working with mobile scanners, handheld devices, or APK installations beneficial Agriculture, fruit industry, logistics, warehouse systems, or related operational software exposure highly advantageous We're looking for someone who is: Client-focused and passionate about customer success Calm under pressure and solutions-driven Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical users Self-managed, proactive, and accountable A team player who enjoys collaboration Curious, innovative, and eager to continuously learn Someone who takes ownership and goes the extra mile to deliver exceptional service Why join us?
