The ideal candidate will lead a team of field sales representatives,drive sign sales performance to meet revenue targets, and ensure the highestlevels of professionalism and compliance with Nxatel’s code of conduct.Key Responsibilities● Lead, coach, and manage a team of field salesrepresentatives to meet monthly and quarterly sign sales targets.● Ensure each team member is accountable forsigning up new clients and closing deals in the field.● Personally drive and close sign sales forhigh-value accounts and priority opportunities.● Develop sales strategies and daily canvassingplans for business districts, SME hubs, and under-served areas.● Support recruitment, training, and onboarding ofnew field agents to accelerate sign sales capability.● Conduct regular performance reviews, fieldvisits, and team training to improve conversion rates.● Track and report on individual and team salesperformance with a focus on sign-up metrics.● Maintain CRM records of signed customers,documentation, and contract compliance.● Uphold and enforce Nxatel’s disciplinary code,ensuring team compliance with all conduct standards.● Collaborate with the support and admin team toensure seamless post-sign-up activation.- This role typically works in an office environment and may berequired to work extra hours during end-of-month, quarterly or yearly close, orduring times of financial audits or budget preparations.
