Salary - R Start Date: Immediately Duties & Responsibilities The Spa Reservationist role focuses on creating a seamless, warm, and welcoming booking journey that embodies our purpose of "Restoring self through connection". The successful candidate will handle bookings with high accuracy, maximize revenue through upselling, and provide front desk operational support. Manage all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Provide detailed information on treatments, packages, and promotions. Upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products. Maintain the booking system for efficient therapist scheduling. Coordinate large group bookings with hotel reservation teams. Support front desk operations with check-ins, check-outs, and billing. Assist the Spa Manager with general administrative reports. Desired Experience & Qualification Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate is essential. Advantageous Qualifications: Somatology, ITEC, SAAHA, or CIDESCO. Experience: 2–3 years in a 5-star or luxury environment. System Skills: Computer literate in MS Office and spa booking systems.
