Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone, email, Teams, and online meetings Support system setup, testing, and client onboarding Monitor client transactions, interfaces, and system error queues Investigate and resolve client system/data issues Generate reports and analyse data to support client decision-making Manage and update support tickets Provide user training and system demonstrations Liaise with IT Development regarding system enhancements and issues Assist with ad-hoc scanner/RFID remote support Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) 2 to 3 years relevant experience in customer/system support Strong communication and customer service skills Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, reporting, filtering, etc.) Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail ERP, WMS, tracking systems, or SQL experience advantageous Ability to multitask, work under pressure , and adapt quickly Willingness to work flexible hours aligned to European operations
