You will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, optimising processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee full financial close processes (monthly, quarterly, and annually) Ensure the accuracy of reconciliations, financial records, and trial balances Maintain compliance with IFRS standards and tax regulations Lead and support audit processes, liaising with external auditors Oversee cash flow management, banking, and treasury operations Manage and develop finance teams and the overall financial functions Handle inter-company transactions and ensure accurate reporting Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights Drive financial consolidations across entities Experience: BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles Minimum 3+ years' post-articles experience 35 years management experience Skills: Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance Proven experience in managing full finance functions Exposure to project, construction, or inter-company environments advantageous Strong leadership and team management abilities High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills Ability to perform in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment Apply now!
