Have full P&L accountability and creation and development and oversight of a best-in-class finance function Have full accountability for the group audit Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting. Provide strategic recommendations to the partners/executive management team. Manage and Direct the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting. Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project management, cross-team communications, and workflow Promote a culture of accountability, communication, and operating as one global finance function. Ensure compliance with all government local financial requirements Lead senior financial team to efficiently develop proposal budgets and reporting Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives. Qualifications and experience Bachelors or masters degree in accounting or other finance-related studies, business administration or economics ACCA, CIMA, Chartered Financial Analyst OR CA(SA) Experience working with high growth medium-sized successful global organisations Multi-territory experience Extensive experience in Hospitality and Tourism sector Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity Extensive international experience, including the setting up of new legal entities Willing to relocate to the middle east Language Requirements Candidate must speak one of the following native languages as well as be fluent in the English Language: #J-18808-Ljbffr
