Set up and operate manual lathes and specific milling machines. Perform required welding on metal components and related industrial valves. Assemble and install mechanical valve systems and associated machine parts. Diagnose mechanical faults in production machinery and related plant equipment. Required Qualifications Hold a valid Section 13 or Section 28 Red Seal Trade Test. Required Experience Provide eight years of post-trade experience in practical mechanical engineering. Demonstrate direct experience in manufacturing and refurbishing industrial metal valves. Apply proficiency in welding techniques for pressurized fluid transfer components. Troubleshoot heavy industrial manufacturing machinery on a regular daily basis. Work within recognized ISO quality standards for physical precision engineering.
