Develop end-users and distribution partners systematically to increase brand share and build sustainable local sales channels. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell full-series road equipment, cold recycling and crushing & screening products. Master product performance, working condition advantages and competitor differences, deliver customized project solutions, and independently complete negotiation, quotation and contract execution to achieve annual sales KPIs. Full-Cycle Customer Management: Build and maintain customer relationships, explore opportunities for equipment procurement and renewal, and preserve long-term partnerships to improve customer loyalty and drive stable regional business growth. Order Closed-Loop Management: Oversee full-process coordination and payment collection. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure standardized, efficient and compliant order fulfillment. Pre-sales and After-sales Support: Provide professional pre-sales consultation on equipment selection and process matching; cooperate with after-sales and spare parts teams in equipment commissioning and maintenance to guarantee smooth project delivery and support incremental industry trends and the dynamics of Caterpillar, Komatsu, Wirtgen, and other key brands. Brand Building & Lead Generation: Take part in industry exhibitions and promotion activities to strengthen local brand influence, capture high-quality project opportunities in new construction, road renovation and mine supporting sectors, and expand market scale continuously. Data Operation & Regular Review: Standardise customer files, project data and payment records, update business information timely, and complete regular reporting and work reviews to ensure standardized sales operation. Job Requirements Familiarity with South Africa’s infrastructure, road rehabilitation and mineral processing markets. Candidates with local sales and market development experience in construction machinery, cold recycling and crushing equipment are preferred. Professional knowledge of full-series road equipment performance and independent product promotion, solution customization and business negotiation. Proficiency in local market expansion, business negotiation and project closing, with the ability to independently achieve personal and regional sales targets. Fluency in local working languages and adaptability to field work and cross-regional business travel.
