Duties & Responsibilities Qualified Millwright Minimum 3-5 years' experience in service/maintenance of electrical/mechanical equipment; Wind Turbine experience preferable Computer and software skills for data collection and reporting, especially within MS Office Daily reporting to the Lead Supervisor and Service Manager Ensure that the company fulfills its obligations in relation to the contractual terms (OMS/WMS) with specific focus on keeping the availability and the key performance indicators Ensure and encourage colleagues to prevent and limit failures on the turbines Keep expenses in daily work as low as possible Proactively report any possible improvements and innovations to the Lead Supervisor and Service Manager Optimize availability, reliability, and sustainable performance of the facility Optimize daily tasks to achieve the best possible efficiency of the team Manage and keep overtime costs as low as possible Maintain a good work environment for employees Ensure compliance with all safety instructions/descriptions related to the OMS organization and local legislation (HS&E) Ensure logistic provisions and maintain spare parts stock Participate in any course or meeting relevant to the OMS department; travel activity may occur Ensure work coordination with contractors and customers Daily management including coordination and delegation of tasks Prepare time sheets, including reports stating consumed spare parts, errors, and consumables #J-18808-Ljbffr
