If you are seeking a role where your expertise directly impacts business performance and long-term success, this position offers exactly that.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage financial control across multiple Southern African entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements Drive tax compliance, treasury governance, and financial risk management strategies Manage internal and external audits, including financial and compliance audits Lead financial control projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, and M&A activities Ensure effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Maintain strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Honours Degree CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable) Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in a financial control environment Proven leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders across a complex organisation Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and governance Experience in change management and driving performance within a finance function Exposure to multi-entity or multinational environments Skills: Advanced Excel skills Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards Experience with ERP systems (advantageous) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to operate both independently and within a team Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel across Southern Africa Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Apply now!
