Responsibilities Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce Consultant:- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business units.- Gather and document business requirements to design tailored Salesforce solutions.- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other functionalities to meet client needs.- Provide expert advice on best practices for Salesforce implementation and optimisation.- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while maintaining system integrity.- Deliver training sessions and support end-users in adopting Salesforce solutions.
