Job Description Role: Reception Administrator – on‑site position located in Brakpan, Gauteng. To manage general administrative tasks, greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and provide administrative assistance. Oversee the office and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities Receive telephone calls, transfer calls to relevant departments, take messages/inquiries. Store runs and purchases of office groceries. Order consumables such as stationery. Process payroll items including leave forms, travel claims, expense claims, and overtime forms. Create hard copies and electronic filing. Prepare induction forms and PPE for visitors. Prepare documents for internal payments: EFT requisition, request for invoices, bank confirmation letter. Courier items. Facilitate factory visits: welcome guests, arrange refreshments, induction, factory tour (PPE), and lunch. Order food and online purchases for the office. Order factory PPE and transfer notebooks. Take weekly operations notes/minutes. Ensure delivery for reception is documented: correct items, delivery note, signed/dated invoice. Log messages between management and factory/office staff.
