Job Function To provide expertise and support and to maintain and report on the safety, health, risk, quality and environmental health of an operating unit, in order to increase quality and turnaround time in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures). Qualifications Required Deliver work activities according to set standards in order to satisfy customers Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills Own and live up to the company values Execute own work according to set operating procedures service level agreements Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes Plan and organise own tasks to make sure that performance targets are met and standard operating procedures are adhered to (daily to 3 months) Maintain a quality, risk and compliance management system Maintain a register that specifies all statutory and client compliance requirements Perform quality management system self-assessments Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance Provide continuous feedback on task delivery to support decision making Experience Required Matric Certificate SAMTRAC Skills and Abilities Required Up to 5 years of experience in a similar environment Intermediate occupational safety, health, environment, risk and quality management knowledge and / or skill Intermediate reporting knowledge and / or skill Intermediate reporting and interpretation knowledge and / or skill EEO Statement DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
