Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience within the shipping or freight forwarding industry in a sales or similar capacity. At least 1 year of proven experience within the reefer cargo sales market. Strong knowledge and understanding of reefer clients, industry trends, and market dynamics. Sound knowledge of sterile shipments, PPECB regulations, and reefer insurance claims processes. A tertiary qualification in Maritime Studies, Import/Export Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field will be advantageous. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve challenging client situations professionally. Ability to maintain and portray a professional corporate image at all times. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Computer literacy essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/E-mail. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision. Willingness and availability to attend to client queries after hours and over weekends when required.
