Key skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to analyse data and interpret consumer insights.Good organisational and time‑management skills. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools. Procurement Support: Work with our Sites and Services team, maintaining relationships with suppliers and upholding SLAs. Inventory Management: Track stock levels, process orders, and ensure accurate inventory records. Dispatch: Monitor shipments, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with distributors and partners. Data Analysis: Interpret operational data to identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and find opportunities for improvement. Cost Reduction: Develop strategies to cut expenses while maintaining quality. Process Improvement: Innovate and optimise supply chain processes for greater efficiency. Risk Management: Identify vulnerabilities and help create contingency plans. Sustainability: Implement eco‑friendly practices and meet environmental goals.
