Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver large-scale IT transformation programs within Insurance / BFSI environments. Act as a trusted advisor at CXO level , building and nurturing long-term executive relationships. Co-create innovative technical solutions aligned to client business strategies. Oversee end-to-end program and project delivery , including governance, steering committees, and change management. Drive solution-based sales , identifying growth opportunities and expanding account footprint. Own and manage account P&L ($5M) with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability. Deliver accelerated account growth (20%+ YoY). Ensure high levels of client and employee satisfaction.
