Qualification Matric / Senior Certificates Requirements Experience in container industry will be an advantage Able to do Maintenance, Repairs and Servicing of Reefer Sale & Leasing Stock Computer literate Valid Driver License Duties Responsible for maintenance and repairs of refrigerated containers. Attend to on-site servicing of Reefer Lease fleet. Attend to reefer related callouts and breakdowns on-site. Liaising with customers on-site and ensuring job cards are filled out and signed. Responsible for estimating for repairs to reefers when procured and off hired. Carry out necessary repairs to reefers and make operational. Attend to commissioning of units on-site. Responsible for management of spares in stock and accounting for once removed. Notifying line manager for any stock required. Packaging of reefer spares New/second-hand for local and international orders. Housekeeping of Reefer Workshop area. Assist Workshop as needed (when available – must be cleared with Line Manager first). Inspecting of reefer at depots prior to procurement with/for Line Manager. Overtime/afterhours call outs will be required (vehicle will be provided). Accountable for all Workshop Tools. Refurbishment of Reefer component items, including, but not limited to, semi-hermetic compressors, fan motors, coils, etc. Ensure all necessary health and safety standards of the company are adhered to, always. #J-18808-Ljbffr
