Responsibilities:Lead and manage the companys full financial management and reporting function. Responsible for putting strong financial controls in place to reduce any business risks. Manage the external audit process and take responsibility for the preparation and management of the annual budget. Ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to from a tax perspective. Oversee the organizations outsourced IT infrastructure and systems. Oversee procurement processes, supplier payments, and adherence to approved policies. Manage the relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements:Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, together with completed articles and a professional qualification such as SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA, or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years hands on financial management experience. Must have experience sitting on Manco/Exco. Experience in managing the IT division of a company is a benefit.
