Prepare monthly calculations, reconciliations, and consolidated group reporting within set timelines Ensure all internal reporting complies with IFRS and highlight any impact or deviations Analyse financial results and provide insights on trends to management Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations across group entities Prepare and deliver quarterly board pack financial information Reconcile and eliminate intercompany transactions at a group level Support and coordinate the group budgeting process and consolidation of board budgets Calculate corporate taxes and prepare tax disclosures for financial statements Prepare and finalise group financial statements in line with reporting deadlines Ensure external reporting compliance with IFRS and regulatory (e.g., JSE) requirements Assist with audits by providing required information and resolving queries efficiently Maintain financial reporting systems, including hierarchies and chart of accounts accuracy Manage and monitor foreign exchange rates and assess related financial impacts Provide guidance and training on accounting policies and new standards across the group Contribute to ad hoc group projects, including analysis, decision-making, and implementation Skills & Experience: CA(SA) non- negotiable Minimum of 23 years post-qualification experience Minimum 2+ years experience on group level FMCG or Retail experience advantageous Strong technical expertise in IFRS, with the ability to apply critical thinking in consolidations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with solid analytical capability Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems, as well as M&A experience (including PPAs), is advantageous Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment Adaptable, deadline-driven, and comfortable working under pressure Qualification: CA(SA) non- negotiable Honors degree in Accounting science For more information connect with us on
