We are seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to be the go‑to person for the clean data, smooth processes, timely reporting and helping the team hit targets with clarity and confidence. Responsibilities Run the CRM workflow end‑to‑end: order entry, checks, approvals, billing handoff, and exception tracking. Keep our CRM spotless (e.g., Salesforce): maintain accounts/opportunities, validate deal data, and ensure documentation is audit‑ready. Build and automate reporting : daily/weekly dashboards on pipeline health, bookings, renewals, and performance KPIs; surface insights and risks. Partner across functions : collaborate with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to remove blockers and speed up deals. Standardise and improve processes : map workflows, tighten controls, and recommend automation to reduce cycle time and errors. Support commercial hygiene : validate pricing/approvals, contract metadata, renewal dates, and special terms before close. Requirements 3+ years in Sales Operations / Sales Administration / RevOps or similar, ideally in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. Hands‑on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and strong Excel/Sheets skills for analysis and reporting. Meticulous attention to detail with a continuous‑improvement mindset and comfort working to deadlines. Clear, confident communicator who collaborates well across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
