Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Specialist to join a fast-paced marketing technology team. This role is responsible for the build, configuration, testing, and deployment of customer marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The successful candidate will work closely with campaign managers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely execution of data-driven customer communications. Key Responsibilities Build and configure customer journeys and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Translate approved campaign requirements into functional campaign journeys with accurate logic, sequencing, and scheduling. Execute campaigns across multiple channels including Email, SMS, and Push Notifications. Implement audience segmentation, suppression rules, splits, and targeting requirements. Build and format campaign communications using approved templates and content. Perform quality assurance, testing, and validation to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and with minimal defects. Ensure campaign execution aligns with business requirements, timelines, and governance standards. Manage multiple campaign builds simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Required Experience Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Minimum 2 years' experience owning or managing campaign execution activities. Proven experience building and deploying campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong working knowledge of: Journey Builder Email Studio Experience supporting campaign delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Understanding of campaign testing, QA processes, and deployment procedures. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines. Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign build and execution expertise. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to interpret and execute campaign briefs accurately. Experience conducting campaign QA and pre-launch validation. Strong organisational and time management skills. Advantageous Experience Experience building SMS and Push Notification campaigns. Exposure to audience segmentation and data-driven marketing initiatives. Understanding of customer journey design and marketing automation principles.
