Duties and Responsibilities Plan, organize, manage, and implement civil and structural aspects of all project packages, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules. Oversee the management and handover of all related drawings, documents, and commissioning protocols. Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards throughout all project phases. Act as the project coordinator, collaborating with business partners to resolve engineering and site‑related issues. Track project tasks and schedules, analyze key risks, and proactively highlight potential issues. Conduct quantity certification and quality checks to maintain high standards. Ensure projects are completed within the allocated time and budget constraints. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Civil/Construction Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering within the mining industry. Proven experience in project management roles and execution through EPC/Construction partners. Thorough understanding of civil and infrastructure aspects, including foundations, roads, drains, and secondary infrastructure. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
