Responsibilities Maintain Systems and Good Agricultural Practices for procurement of factory tomatoes Technical agricultural support to nurseries and producers Procurement of raw material that meet required prescribed quality specifications Quality management in order to achieve positive yields – both field and factory yields Ensure that the quality of incoming fresh produce conforms to specifications Segregate rejected, passed and on‑hold stacks in a manner that reduces contamination risks and mixing Proper storage of fresh produce and the hygiene of the area are maintained Adherence to Musina annual MPS Planning of raw material processes Management of planting and delivery scheduling inline with factory capacity Developing and maintaining good producer relationships Innovations to save cost Manage and control all agricultural and nursery administration Container (bulk bins) management and control Achieving MPS targets Zero audit findings Manage receiving of raw materials at Musina Plant Ensure that procedures (supplier quality assurance for the farmer) are drawn‑up and followed by conducting audits Employment Equity In accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity goals and targets, preference may be given, but is not limited, to candidates from under‑represented designated groups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
