The Organisational Development (OD) Co‑ordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Red Rocket’s Organisational Development agenda. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational assistance across OD processes, policies, and systems to ensure seamless execution and accurate record‑keeping. Responsibilities include coordinating learning and development activities, supporting individual development planning, and employee engagement initiatives, administering leadership development logistics, and assisting with Employment Equity and Skills Development reporting requirements. By maintaining organised OD documentation, enabling efficient workflows, and supporting leaders and employees through clear communication and responsive service, the OD Coordinator supports the effective delivery of OD initiatives and contributes to a positive, high‑performing culture. Responsibilities Plans and co‑ordinate OD calendars, logistics, and communications (workshops, coaching, mentoring, engagement sessions, and team development). Administer the PDP (Personal Development Plan) process, by tracking submissions, cycles, manage records, and prepare summary dashboards for leadership. Support 360° and other leadership assessments: liaise with providers, manage participant lists, timelines, reminders, and post‑assessment feedback material. Maintain OD policies and procedures and ensure version control and SharePoint publishing. Assist with Employment Equity and Skills Development reporting by preparing data extracts, templates, and accuracy checks. Manage vendor and training provider administration: proposals, schedules, service level agreements, invoices, and purchase order / purchase invoice tracking in line with procurement processes. Administer & co‑ordinate skills development planning (annual training plan, enrolments, attendance, certificates, and post‑training evaluations as examples). Assist with the administration of the Workforce Skills Plan and Annual Training Reports submission through the collection, collation, and preparation of required documents. Support change and culture initiatives, including communications, engagement campaigns, and facilitation logistics. Maintain well‑organised OD records on SharePoint and ensure all information is stored in line with POPIA requirements. Contribute to improving OD processes, templates, and participant experience through feedback and simple automation (forms, trackers, reports). Provide administrative support for all Learning Management System activities, including content updates, user support, reporting, and ensuring learning information is stored in line with internal standards and POPIA compliance. Compliance & Reporting – Assist with the administrative adherence to Employment Equity (EE), and Skills Development (SD) legislation. Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external authorities (e.g. EWSETA). Assist with the administration of SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) processes, including registrations, reporting, and compliance. Assist with tracking & monitoring budgets and ensure accurate record‑keeping before sign‑off by OD & Systems Partner. Minimum Educational Qualifications National Diploma or Higher Certificate in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (NQF 5–6). Additional short courses in project co‑ordination, change management or HR analytics are advantageous. Other Skills Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and respond to stakeholder queries effectively. Excellent written communication and business‑level editing for emails, invites, and policy updates. Experience in coordinating training programmes and handling reporting requirements. Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), SharePoint administration, and MS Teams co‑ordination. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously. Knowledge of skills development legislation and SETA processes. Data accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality (POPIA). Ability to analyze and present data in clear, practical reports and dashboards. Strong technical capability in administering HRIS and LMS platforms, including updating records, running reports, and ensuring data integrity. Sage 300 experience would be an added advantage. Experience working with SETA’s and Training institutions would be beneficial. Languages English (read, write & speak) Additional South African languages beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
