This is an excellent opportunity that offers growth within the organisation. The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing and will be responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing, customer, and bakery support. Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks Sales Marketing Client Support Administration Weekend Duty Specific Tasks and Standards: Sales: Visitations - Call on all owners/store managers/bakery managers as per planning. Existing Clients - Maintain and increase sales in line with set targets. New Clients - Source & secure new clients via qualified leads and specific market segments. Old/Lost Clients - Revisit and recapture clients where possible. Products - Have detailed knowledge of products manufactured by the company. Services - Establish excellent client service & relationships. Orders - Receive emergency orders from clients - accurate and detailed. Retail - Call on retail stores - existing and new clients. Marketing: Company Image - Promote the company as a professional entity. Advertising - Look for potential ways to advertise the company. Gifts - Allocation of year-end gifts/promotions to selected clients. Market Trends - Be up to date with market trends and prices. New Products - Investigate and give feedback to management on a regular basis. Client Support: Problem Solving - Follow up on bakery problems and find suitable solutions. Product Ranges - Make recommendations for extending product ranges. Product Costings - Do costings for clients showing possible GP's with assistance from the bakery specialist. Promotions - Offer promotions as required by clients during celebration periods. Test Baking - Demonstration bakes using the company flour & correct baking procedures. Bakery Openings - Provide bakery support as required. Deliveries - Assist with effective emergency deliveries when required. Administration: Client Visitation Planning - Daily, weekly, and monthly visitation planning must be detailed and accurate. Client Visitation Reports - Daily reports must be detailed and accurate. Existing Client Information - Changes to client information must be communicated to the Marketing Admin Assistant accurately and timely. Proposals - Proposals must be delivered to clients timely and follow-up should occur within 1 week. Filing - File all relevant customer information in the customer's electronic file. #J-18808-Ljbffr
