Position Summary The Transmission Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless and reliable flow of transactions across internal systems and partner networks. This position is responsible for monitoring transactional activity, analyzing system logs, internal indicators and evaluating partner performance to identify irregularities and maintain optimal operational performance. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Monitorend-to-end transaction flows across multiple systems and partner integrations to ensure continuity and accuracy. Analyze transactional logs to identify errors, alerts, performance degradation, and potential system or data inconsistencies. Evaluate and interpret partner behaviorsto detect anomalies, delays, or patterns affecting transaction performance. Utilize monitoring toolssuch asGrafana,Kibana, and other internal systems to track performance metrics and detect issues in real time. Investigate and escalte incidents to the appropriate operational and technical teams, ensuring timely resolution. Manage communications through emails and ticketing systems, providing accurate and professional updates to internal stakeholders and external partners. Notify managers, representatives, and partner contacts on critical incidents, trends, and resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Engineering, and Support) to enhance transaction reliability and system efficiency. Prepare and distribute reports on transaction activity, partner performance, issue trends, and resolution metrics. Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, root cause analyses, and corrective actions. Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and commitment, proactively identifying risks and contributing to continuous process improvement. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree ininformation technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3+ years of experience intransaction monitoring, payments operations, or system analysis, preferably within thefinancial services, fintech, or remittanceindustry. Proven experience in log analysis, data monitoring, and performance reporting. Experience withGrafana,Kibana, or equivalent monitoring and visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, and demanding work setting. Demonstratedproactivity, reliability, and commitmentto operational excellence.
