Requirements Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications and Experience required for this position. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Retail (Postgraduate qualification preferred) Experience 8 years of relevant experience in retail or FMCG, with at least 3 years in a cross‑functional promotions role. Demonstrated success supporting complex, high‑impact promotional campaigns across multiple business units or banners. Proficient in Excel, SAP, and promotional planning/analytics tools.
