Overview Senior Recruitment Consultant – Digital, Marketing & Commercial at AES Global, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to successful placement. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional Digital, Marketing, and Commercial talent. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Negotiate offers and manage the process through to placement and post-placement follow-up. Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market mapping. Maintain accurate records on the ATS/CRM and keep pipelines strong for key skillsets. Share market insights, trends, and best practices with clients and colleagues. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with strong 360 billing experience. Demonstrated success recruiting in Digital, Marketing, and Commercial sectors. Proven business development skills and the ability to grow client accounts. Excellent candidate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation abilities. Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders. Organised, self-driven, and results-focused. Experience using ATS or recruitment CRM systems. A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering exceptional service.
