Overview STA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client in the Real Estate Management sector, who is urgently seeking an Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Agent . We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to support our US client who is a real estate investment and development company. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule property showings, follow up on rental inquiries, and assist tenants with questions and requests. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play an important role in providing a professional, helpful experience. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and emails from tenants and prospects Schedule appointments and property showings Follow up on leads, rental inquiries, and missed calls Assist with rent questions, maintenance requests, and general property information Update internal systems and maintain accurate records of communications Requirements Industry experience in real estate, property management, or a leasing office Excellent and fluent English communication skills Friendly, professional phone manner and proactive attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Confident with computers, including MS Office and Outlook Work Details Working Hours: EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (currently 16:00 to 01:00 SA time; subject to daylight savings adjustments) Public Holidays: Work on SA and US public holidays (compensation for SA holidays per BCEA) Internet Requirements: Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download); wired Ethernet connection mandatory Power Backup: Reliable power backup required to manage load shedding and outages Work Environment: Fully remote role Employment and Seniority Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Customer Service Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting If you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
