Key Responsibilities Oversee tyre repairs, replacements, inspections, and maintenance Monitor tyre wear patterns and tyre pressure management Supervise tyre fitters and workshop assistants Coordinate breakdowns and roadside tyre assistance Maintain tyre records, workshop reports, and stock control Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and cost control Fluent in Afrikaans and English Requirements 4 years or more experience in commercial truck tyre management 2 years or more supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of tyre wear analysis and tyre applications Computer literate (Excel and workshop systems) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Able to work under pressure and after hours when required Fluent in Afrikaans and English
