About the Role: As the senior in-country leader, you will have full accountability for strategy, operations, financial performance, compliance, and people management across all business units. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, building strong stakeholder relationships, and expanding the Group’s footprint in Zambia. Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: Own and manage the full country P& L, budgets, reporting, and audits to ensure financial performance and governance. Compliance & Governance: Ensure complete adherence to Zambian regulatory and tax requirements with zero penalties. Business Development: Drive growth by securing new mining clients and expanding supplier partnerships. People Management: Lead HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and workforce development. Health, Safety & Environment: Champion a zero-harm culture and ensure strict HSE compliance across all operations. Operations & Logistics: Oversee fuel management, supply chain activities, cargo handling, and site logistics to ensure efficiency. Capital Projects: Lead infrastructure projects including fuel labs and weighbridge systems from procurement to commissioning. Strategic Leadership: Act as the key representative in Zambia, managing client and regulatory relationships while driving long‑term growth. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (essential) Professional qualification such as CA(SA), ACCA, or CIMA (advantageous) 8–10+ years’ management experience , including senior leadership at country or GM level Proven experience in the mining sector (minimum 5 years) Strong background in logistics and supply chain management Experience working in cross‑cultural or expatriate environments Exposure to Zambia or Sub‑Saharan Africa highly advantageous Why Join Us?
