Senior Private Equity Deal Executive, BEE -SANDTON Role Participate in all aspects of deal making, execution and strategic planning related to deal sourcing Negotiate transactions Play a key role in transactions from sourcing, negotiations, closing, monitoring of investments and exit Responsibilities Represent the firm and its clients on Boards of portfolio companies and drive value-adding initiatives Give guidance to the strategic direction of investee companies Monitor portfolio performance, value-adding initiatives and execution Corporate governance in investee companies as well as the firm itself Wide contact and network base Development of the team Management of resources Qualifications and Experience Appropriate tertiary qualifications with: 10 plus years experience in a private equity environment, corporate finance or investment management Familiar with disciplines of identifying, negotiating, closing and monitoring transactions Good working knowledge of key investment sector, commercial statutes and regulations (Tax, Companies Act) Interested and meet the above criteria?
