The Caseware Working Papers Support Consultant plays a key role in delivering high‑quality technical support and ensuring client success and retention. This role draws on accounting and auditing knowledge to enable clients to effectively use Caseware Working Papers, helping them deliver quality services to their own clients. At least second‑year Accounting as a subject. 12 months’ experience in Caseware or an auditing environment. Strong academic performance within your qualification. A good understanding of auditing and financial environments and processes. High computer literacy with an interest in software and technology.
