We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee a high-performing team of sales consultants within our call centre environment. Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews. Implement strategies to improve productivity, conversion rates, and overall team effectiveness. Sales & Lead Management Oversee the allocation and management of leads from various sources including:Real estate partners Bond originators Alternative lead channels Direct marketing campaigns Monitor lead pipeline effectiveness and ensure timely follow-up and conversion. Campaign & Process Optimisation Drive the execution and optimisation of sales campaigns. Analyse performance trends and recommend improvements to enhance campaign impact. Work closely with marketing and operations to refine processes and messaging. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to FAIS, RE5, and all regulatory and internal compliance standards. Conduct call assessments and quality checks to ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with sales protocols. Reporting & Insights Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Provide insights to improve sales performance and customer engagement strategies.
