This role is responsible for coordinating and strengthening the full suite of enablement capabilities that support Distribution- spanning RFP/DDQ delivery, presentations, and market & client analytics. By integrating these functions under one manager, the role ensures consistency, efficiency and client-centric outputs that reflect the M&G Proposition and enable a unified voice to market. Key Responsibilities Lead three interrelated teams (RFP/DDQ, Presentations, Market & Client Analytics); set priorities, ways of working and standards. You will have three team leaders reporting into you. Partner closely with Distribution and Marketing to ensure all external‑facing content and insights reinforce the M&G proposition and GTM strategy. Champion systems‑and process‑led ways of working, leveraging a strong understanding of data, workflow design and governance to drive efficiency and scalability across enablement teams 2) RFP & Due Diligence Centre of Excellence Oversee timely, accurate, and compelling RFPs/DDQs including standard DDQs; govern content quality and version control. Own knowledge management and content standardisation via RocketDocs; Ensure consistent population of internal/external consultant/platform databases. 3) Presentations, Templates & Content Governance Own the presentation suite (sales decks, report‑backs, capability narratives) aligned to product positioning, brand and compliance. Maintain standard product templates; enable rapid customisation without compromising quality or control. Deliver proactive market, client and competitor insights; create engagement tools and analytical content that sharpen prospecting and client conversations. Coordinate production of standard marketing materials and product factsheets across SA, Namibia and ICAV offerings; maintain up‑to‑date capability documents for SA and Global ICAV strategies 5) Systems, Process & Data Efficiency Streamline workflows across teams; define SLAs, metrics, and continuous improvement cycles for turnaround time, accuracy, and re‑use. Partnering with the Change forums and drive the delivery of changes for the function. Sit on some internal and industry forums (e.g. ASISA working groups) 6) Risk, Regulatory & Brand Alignment Partnering with risk & compliance, ensure all content and activity complies with FSCA/NAMFISA/COFI readiness and internal risk/governance standards. Key Relationships Internal: Head: Proposition; Distribution Heads (Wholesale/Institutional); Marketing; Client Solutions; Product; Operations & Client Services; Compliance; Front Office. External: Consultant databases and platforms; selected vendors/partners for content and systems, coordinated with internal change forums as appropriate. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Business/Information Systems/Marketing (or equivalent). 8+ years in asset management or related financial services with 3+ years leading cross‑functional teams or centres of excellence (RFP/DDQ, sales content, analytics). Strong business analysis and change facilitation experience; proven ability to work across multiple teams and external providers Tooling: RocketDocs (or equivalent RFP/content DB), advanced PowerPoint/Excel; familiarity with consultant/platform databases.
