Safety Management Consultant (Aviation) Squawk Recruitment Are you an aviation safety and quality professional committed to elevating operational standards and ensuring full regulatory compliance? We are seeking a Safety & Quality Consultant/Specialist to support and enhance Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Assurance frameworks across aviation operations. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS) Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance assessments in line with CAA regulations and IOSA/ICAO standards Perform risk assessments, safety investigations, and root cause analyses Review SOPs, training records, and operational documentation for quality and compliance Facilitate corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) and monitor their effectiveness Provide training, guidance, and safety communication to operational teams Prepare accurate safety and quality reports for management and regulatory submission Requirements Aviation-related qualification in Safety, Quality, or Compliance (or equivalent) 1-3 years’ experience within aviation safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance Strong understanding of CAA regulations, ICAO Standards, IOSA, and industry best practices Experience with SMS, QMS, risk management, and incident reporting systems Excellent communication, analytical, and investigation skills Ability to work effectively with flight operations, cabin crew, maintenance, and ground operations teams If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in aviation safety and quality, we’d love to connect with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
