Job Summary The Sr. Sales Engineering Specialist provides advanced technical support to the sales team and clients, ensuring that complex customer requirements are met with tailored solutions. This role plays a key part in pre‑sales and post‑sales activities. The job profile is intended for professionals who apply advanced knowledge of a job area and are required to manage projects or processes independently with limited supervision. Typically the specialist coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Key Responsibilities Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams. Design and present complex solutions. Support RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering and product development. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers. Ensure customer satisfaction through technical excellence. Stay informed on industry trends and innovations. Skills & Qualifications Typically a university degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 5‑7 years of relevant experience or equivalent skills are minimally required. Deep technical expertise in relevant products or systems. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience in customer‑facing technical roles. Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
