Location: Garankuwa Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Minimum 3–5 years in a Factory/Production Management role Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows Experience with lean manufacturing / continuous improvement Machinery and equipment management knowledge Ability to monitor production output and improve efficiency Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems, reporting tools) Ability to oversee full factory operations (end-to-end production) Ability to manage production targets, deadlines, and output Ability to implement and maintain quality standards Experience in resource management (labour, materials, equipment) Cost control and waste reduction capabilities Reporting to senior management Strong leadership and team management skills Hands‑on, operational management style (not purely administrative) Problem‑solving and decision‑making ability Ability to work under pressure in a production environment Strong organisational and communication skills Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) knowledge Labour Relations Act (LRA) Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) Understanding of ISO / Quality Management Systems (advantageous) #J-18808-Ljbffr
