Duties & Responsibilities Ensure all shifts are fully resourced in line with Client requirements. Maintain compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, SOPs, and corporate governance standards. Issue personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure all required documentation is completed. Clearly communicate transport arrangements, locations, and working times to assignees. Coordinate transport for assignees and obtain the necessary Client approval. Review, validate, and approve pre-extract payroll reports prior to processing. Submit accurate payroll information to the Payroll Functionwithin required deadlines. Distribute payslips to Assignees on a weekly or monthly basis. Track, record, and report payroll-related queries to the Client. Understand Client operational needs and maintain consistent daily communication to support service delivery. Establish and strengthen relationships with key Client stakeholders and management. Attend Client meetings and conduct regular site visits. Identify and communicate potential opportunities based on anticipated Client business needs. Ensure invoices are issued accurately and within agreed timeframes. Work closely with Clientsto ensure timely payment within agreed terms. Address and resolve invoice queries promptly, escalating where necessary. Monitor expenditure on PPE, medicals, and related costs to ensure alignment with agreed pricing structures. Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 (Twelve) and Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification. Code 8 (Eight) driver’s license with reliable transport. Diploma in Basic Labour Relations. Temporary Employment Services Industry experience is essential. A sense of urgency and results driven. MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook. Good written and verbal communication skills. Service Management principles. High level of knowledge of legislation relating to the TES-industry. Package & Remuneration Very competitive package, including: Basic salary. Provident Fund.
