Monitor sales and other areas of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments. Maintain and increase market penetration. Improve stock turnover. Increase sales. Ensure customer satisfaction and standards. Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal or General Manager Experience with a corporate dealership and brands like Ford, Kia, Nissan, Chery etc. Solid track reference and excellent management skills.
